Sport Psychologist & Mettle Co-Founder

Dr. Alex Auerbach is a sport psychologist and mental performance coach who has worked with top athletes in the NBA, NFL, MLB, and Olympics, as well as high-performers in elite military units, Fortune 5 companies, and venture-backed startups.

With a background as a former college football coach and NFL employee, Alex brings a unique blend of expertise in wellness, high performance, performance under pressure, leadership, mindset training, systems optimization, and organizational development.

After five years as the Director of Player Wellness and Development for the Toronto Raptors, Alex is currently a performance psychologist working in MLB.
